Simple Pot Roast Seasoning (2 ingredient recipe!)

This homemade Pot Roast Seasoning is super easy to make with just 2 ingredients! It’s a simple dry rub recipe that will add instant flavor to a chuck roast, bottom round, or your beef roast of choice. Plus the savory spices are guaranteed to give your roast those classic, home-cooked vibes every pot roast dinner deserves!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon steak seasoning (We use McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
    2 tablespoon steak seasoning, 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • When ready to use, sprinkle beef roast with 1 tablespoon of seasoning for each pound of meat.
