- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ⅛ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 4 cups rotisserie chicken, diced or cooked chicken breasts, cooked, cooled, and chopped
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup green onions, thinly sliced
Add sauce ingredients to a large bowl. Whisk together until the honey incorporates completely.
½ cup greek yogurt, ⅛ cup honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon dry mustard powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Add in the diced chicken and veggies. Stir until everything is evenly coated. Chill and serve cold.
