Wrap Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen chicken tenders approx. 12-15 tenders
  • 6 burrito size tortillas
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups lettuce chopped
  • 3 large tomatoes sliced
  • ½ cup red onion sliced
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or hot honey ranch

Hot Honey Sauce For Chicken Wrap

  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

Chicken Tenders

  • Preheat oven according to the instructions on the package of chicken tenders. Prep sheet pan with foil or parchment paper for easy clean up.
  • Lay out chicken fingers in an single layer leaving a little space in between each one. Bake according to package directions (plan to pull them out three minutes early in step 4).
    2 lbs frozen chicken tenders
  • While the chicken tenders are baking prepare the hot honey sauce by mixing ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
    ¼ cup butter, ¼ cup honey, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Three minutes before they are finished baking, pull out the tenders and glaze them with 1-2 teaspoons of hot honey sauce. Place back in the oven and allow to finish baking.

Assembly

  • Warm tortillas for just a few seconds. Lay flat and spread 2-3 tablespoons ranch dressing on each tortilla. Then add cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Finish by adding 2-3 chicken tenders per wrap. Roll up tight like a burrito. Slice in half and serve.
