Notes

Tips & Tricks:
    • Use really good parmesan cheese -either in the tub (deli area) of the grocery store or grate a block in the food processor.
    • While some recipes call for sprinkling the mixture in the baking dish, we found that for the best coverage to spread the parmesan mixture on each potato.
Variations:
    • Fresh herbs: Finely chopped rosemary, sage, thyme, or parsley would be delicious.
    • Dried seasonings: A teaspoon of garlic powder and/or onion powder for a punch of flavor.
    • Dried herbs: Although we call for a variety of dries herbs, choosing a single favor like oregano, thyme, marjoram, or basil would be tasty as well.

Make-Ahead Instructions:
Make as instructed allowing them to come to room temperature for up to two hours, and pop back into the oven for 10 minutes at 425ºF. We love doing this when making large batches of steaks or even a prime rib roast.
