- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup oil canola, light olive, avocado
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Add all the salad dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk vigorously until it comes together. Alternatively, place ingredients in a blender and turn on low for a minute. Pour into a container with a tight fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
