Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup oil canola, light olive, avocado
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  • Add all the salad dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk vigorously until it comes together. Alternatively, place ingredients in a blender and turn on low for a minute. Pour into a container with a tight fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
